  9. 9. Find a fraction of a quantity.
  10. 10. Convert between simple fractions, decimals, and percentages (e.g. ¾ = 0.75 = 75%).

Fractions and percentages end-of-unit test

Criterion A 45 min

Written test on equivalent fractions, the four operations with fractions and mixed numbers, and converting between fractions, decimals and percentages.

Sale-price percentages task

Criterion D 40 min

Students use percentage discounts and sales tax from real shop adverts to work out final prices, compare which offer is best value, and justify their choice in a short written response.
